Matthew 21:28 ‘What is your opinion? A man had two sons. He went and said to the first, “My boy, you go and work in the vineyard today”. 29 He answered, “I will not go”, but afterwards thought better of it and went. 30 The man then went and said the same thing to the second who answered, “Certainly, sir”, but did not go. 31 Which of the two did the father’s will?’ «The first’ they said. Jesus said to them, ‘I tell you solemnly, tax collectors and prostitutes are making their way into the kingdom of God before you. 32 For John came to you, a pattern of true righteousness, but you did not believe him, and yet the tax collectors and prostitutes did. Even after seeing that, you refused to think better of it and believe in him.

Matthew 11:6 …and happy is the man who does not lose faith in Me’. 7 As the messengers were leaving Jesus began to talk to the people about John: ‘What did you go out into the wilderness to see? A reed swaying in the breeze? No? 8 Then what did you go out to see? A man wearing fine clothes? Oh no, those who wear fine clothes are to be found in palaces. 9 Then what did you go out for? To see a prophet? Yes, I tell you, and much more than a prophet: 10 he is the one of whom scripture says: Look, I am going to send my messenger before you; he will prepare your way before you. 11 ‘I tell you solemnly, of all the children born of women, a greater than John the Baptist has never been seen; yet the least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he is. 12 Since John the Baptist came, up to this present time, the kingdom of God has been subjected to violence and the violent are taking it by storm. 13 Because it was towards John that all the prophecies of the prophets and of the Law were leading; 14 and he, if you will believe Me, is the Elijah who was to return. 15 If anyone has ears to hear, let him listen!

John 3:1 There was one of the Pharisees called Nicodemus, a leading Jew, 2 who came to Jesus by night and said, ‘Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who comes from God; for no one could perform the signs that you do unless God were with him’ for no one could perform the signs that you do unless God were with him’. 3 Jesus answered: ‘I tell you most solemnly, unless a man is born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God’. 4 Nicodemus said, ‘How can a grown man be born? Can he go back into his mother’s womb and be born again?’ 5 Jesus replied: ‘I tell you most solemnly, unless a man is born through water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God: what is born of the flesh is flesh; what is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be surprised when I say: You must be born from above. The wind blows wherever it pleases; 8 you hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. That is how it is with all who are born of the Spirit.’ ‘How can that be possible?’ asked Nicodemus. 10 ‘You, a teacher in Israel, and you do not know these things!’ replied Jesus.

What is natural is subject to natural limitations (entropy, etc.). What is spirit, Jesus’ Word, is not subject to natural limitations. How is the Word engineered? Jesus has left solving the problem of global warming to H. sapiens, Jesus has left to the risen the problem of how to engineer the Word.

John 3:11 ‘I tell you most solemnly, we speak only about what we know and witness only to what we have seen and yet you people reject our evidence. 12 If you do not believe me when I speak about things in this world, how are you going to believe me when I speak to you about heavenly things? 13 No one has gone up to heaven except the one who came down from heaven, the Son of Man who is in heaven; and the Son of Man must be lifted up 14 as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, 15 so that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.

John 4:10 Jesus replied: ‘If you only know what God is offering and who it is that is saying to you: Give Me a drink, you would have been the one to ask, and He would have given you living water’…13 Jesus replied: ‘Whoever drinks this water will get thirsty again: 14 but anyone who drinks the water that I shall give will never be thirsty again: the water that I shall give will turn into a spring inside him, welling up to eternal life’…16 ‘Go and call your husband’ said Jesus to her ‘and come back here.’..18…the one you have now is not your husband. You spoke the truth there.’…21 Jesus said: ‘Believe me, woman, the hour is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. 22 You worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know; for salvation comes from the Jews. 23 But the hour will come–in fact it is here already–when true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth: that is the kind of worshipper the Father wants. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship must worship in spirit and truth.
